SPOT Allied Health provides speech therapy and occupational therapy services across Sydney. We deliver mobile, community-based, and telehealth therapy to clients of all ages. Services are subject to availability and suitability based on referral, intake, and clinical assessment.

2. Eligibility

You must be eligible for NDIS funding, Home Care Packages, private payment, or third-party insurance support. We may request proof of eligibility prior to accepting a referral.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

We require two clear business days notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in accordance with NDIS Pricing Arrangements or private billing policies.

4. Fees and Invoicing

Fees are based on NDIS price guides or private agreements. You will receive a service agreement outlining applicable charges. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise stated.

5. Client Conduct and Safety

We reserve the right to cease services if our staff are placed at risk due to unsafe environments, disrespectful behaviour, or failure to comply with service agreements.

6. Consent and Information Sharing

By engaging our services, you consent to us collecting and using your information for service delivery. We may share information with approved parties (e.g. plan managers, support coordinators) only with your consent.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We uphold strict confidentiality and follow NDIS Practice Standards.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, impersonate others, or use our content without permission. Any third-party links provided are for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, branding, downloadable materials, resources) is owned by SPOT Allied Health and may not be reproduced without written consent.
